Abseiling is similar to rock climbing, however when you have completed your climb you lower yourself down controlling your descent – its having lots of fun sliding down a rope!. A safety rope is attached to you at all times and is controlled by your instructor.

With this activity, you can do as little or as much as you want to.

We have Indoor and Outdoor locations for our climbs, so no matter what the weather you can enjoy this exciting activity from £15 per person.
